Questa crostata,presa da un giornale di dolci, l'ho fatta 2 volte questa settimana xche' davvero ha riscosso molto successo la crema cocco-limone...poi e chiaro dipende dai gusti della persona...ce' a chi nn e piaciuta e cè chi ha fatto il bis!

ecco la ricettina:
Pasta frolla x la base...io ho usato la ricetta che trovate in "Impasti di base"

Ingredienti x la crema cocco-limone:
2 tuorli
2 uova
400 ml di latte
40 gr di farina di cocco (dovrebbero essere 60 gr,ma secondo me son troppi)
30 gr di latte condensato
70 gr di farina (io ho messo la 00)
100 gr di zucchero
la buccia di 1 limone ed in piu' ho aggiunto il succo del limone spremuto
frutta x decorare a piacere


PROCEDIMENTO:
Portare a bollore il latte con il cocco e il latte condensato,mescolate di continuo xche' il cocco si attacca alla pentola,dopo spegnete e fate riposare 10 minuti come nella prima foto.

In una ciotola,a parte,lavorate i tuorli con le 2 uova e lo zucchero semolato fino ad ottenere un composto ben montato.
Unite la farina e mescolate ancora.

Diluite il tutto con il latte aromatizzato,quindi come nella seconda foto filtrate il latte con un setaccio e pigiate il cocco affinche' rilasci tutto il latte.

Date una mescolata e versate il tutto in una pentola,portate a bollore finche' thickens .... I do not recommend low heat xche 'thicken' within 3 / 5 minutes
