INGREDIENTS:
150g di formaggio da spalmare( io ho fatto una piccola variante,cioè ho sostituito il formaggio con la margarina e ne ho messi sempre 150 gr )
100ml di latte
2uova
50g di zucchero(la prossima volta provo a diminuire)(antonella ha provato con 25g)
1cucchiaino di sale
375g di farina
1busta di lievito istantaneo per torte salate(ma credo vada bene anche il classico per dolci,tanto c'è già il sapore dolce dello zucchero)

PROCEDIMENTO:
Mescolare in una terrina formaggio,uova,latte,zucchero e sale.
unire a cucchiaiate farina e lievito setacciati e amalgamare per bene.
Mettere in uno stampo da plum cake da About 30cm.

Headache And Nausea With Phentermine





Amando especially the mushroom soup, I pensato di ricrearla in casa...perche' detto sinceramente mi son stufata di pagare quasi 4 euro 100 gr di crema di funghi di una nota marca....
Ho semplicemente comprato 600 gr di funghi champignon che ho pagato euro 2,20 e la panna da cucina,400 ml... a 1,60 entrambi.
Con euro 3,80 son venuti fuori circa 500 ml di crema!mica male nn pensate???

veniamo alla ricetta:
INGREDIENTI:
600 gr di funghi champignon
prezzemolo q.b.
10 gr di sale
olio extravergine di oliva q.b.
3 bicchieri di acqua
400 ml di panna da cucina

PROCEDIMENTO:
In una padella capiente versate l'olio fino a ricoprire il fondo,versate i funghi,i 3 bicchieri di acqua,il prezzemolo tagliato finemente ed infine il sale.
Fate cuocere il tutto x circa 20 minuti a fiamma viva,o cmq finche' nn vedete l'acqua che e stata assorbita dai funghi.
Spegnete e passate il tutto nel frullatore,versate la panna e frullate il tutto.
