Tonsillectomy Cure Sleep Apnea

delicious parfait my aunt Mimi =) from the book: "Cooking School"

ingredients: 650 gr
nougat chocolate (coarsely chopped)

3 eggs 150 g sugar
500 g of fresh cream
2 or 3 tablespoons Amaretto liqueur

proceedings:
mounted whites until stiff in another bowl whip the cream.

pull out the parfait from the freezer an hour before serving.
