INGREDIENTS: 70 g soft butter 250 g flour 120 g
chocolate chips 1 tablespoon baking
2 jars plain yogurt (or vanilla) I substituted yogurt with 200 ml of milk
2 eggs 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract 120 g sugar
PROCEEDINGS
In a bowl, mix the flour, baking powder and vanillin. Work together to cream butter with sugar. Add eggs and mix well.
Pour liquid into dry (to flour) and mix gently. Add yogurt and mix until blended. Now add the chocolate chips (or chopped chocolate).
Grease and flour the muffin tins, for aluminum and pour the mixture for 3 / 4 and bake (preheated oven) at 180 degrees for 25 minutes
