tell you the truth these pieces of breaded cheese was undecided whether or not post them ... for several reasons: they are cooked in the microwave
likely to be more good if made fried
came out a little cheese while cooking
not gild its great!
(though the taste is good ... if you have not posted them!)
I also liked them because they are equally positive that if I fried them:
then I smelled the whole house takes longer
dirt and things I would still come out making a mess incredible cheese in contact with oil and dirt all over the kitchen
bè cmq after these reflections, I decided that maybe they'll just make sure again when I need a tasty side dish I have little time! =)
I recommend using a cheese with a little taste I have used one that I brought a friend from Calabria ... very good and super fit, but unfortunately I do not know the name!
then I suggest you use instead of breadcrumbs very normal to normal and crush you crackers with rosemary, sesame breadsticks ... well maybe for a tastier breading!
ingredients:
type provolone cheese cut into strips (like maybe a more flavorful)
breadcrumbs, bread sticks or crecker in different tastes, chopped, taralli etc ...
1 egg beaten with a pinch of salt and pepper to taste olive oil
past the first cheese in egg and then in the breadcrumbs, repeat the breading twice. then you lightly grease with olive oil, these strips of cheese that you are going to rest on a plastic plate covered with parchment paper (I used the black plastic container that I bought together in the microwave) cook combi (combination microwave grill) for about one or two minutes (when you see the cheese starts to turn out! if not dry)!
