questo tortino è divino e secondo me può essere utilizzato o come antipasto o come primo piatto!!=)
ingredienti per circa 25 pirottini di alluminio:
1,500 Kg di patate a pasta bianca
100 gr di burro
150 gr di latte (meglio se intero)
Sale
Pepe
150 gr di parmigiano grattugiato
2 Uova
spinaci surgelati qb(io sono andata ad occhio ne avrò usati circa 10 quadrotti)
250 gr di provola o altro formaggio delicato e filante (tritata)
250 gr di fontina valdostana (tritata)
+ burro, pangrattato e sale qb x pirottini e x cuocere gli spinaci
se l'avete potete usare un dado casalingo
procedimento:
per iniziare lasciar scongelare gli spinaci (io ho usato il microonde in modalità scongelamento), poi farli cuocere in tanto buon burro (io ho usato anche un dado casalingo come soffrittino)e fate cuocere gli spinaci x 5 o 10 minuti; spegnete e mettete due bei cucchiai di grana grattugiato mischiare bene, tritare con il tritatutto e lasciare da parte
ora dovete fare un semplicissimo purè solo che alla end, we add more eggs.

advice: if you forward the dough spinach, you can add some ham or bacon and you make pies like that!
but if you forward a little bit of dough with cheese can melt (or in the oven or microwave or water bath for a few minutes) and use it to flavor of the ravioli with spinach just maybe!
