Desert Eagle .50ae Co2



This recipe I took from a book of cakes that I have here at home, and I made some time ago '. It really good, especially breakfast

INGREDIENTS: 120 gr

brown sugar 1 small can of pineapple or fresh pineapple slices
1 tablespoon lemon juice

300 grams of flour 00 teaspoons baking powder 1 x sweet powder

half teaspoon baking soda 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon

180 gr soft butter 150 g caster sugar 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract

2 large eggs
120 ml of milk (if the mixture is dry, add some more)
a pinch of salt

PROCEEDINGS
Preiscaldate oven to 180 degrees Grease and flour a cake pan with a diameter of 24 to zip.
Sprinkle bottom of cake pan with 60 grams of brown sugar and arrange well in order the pineapple slices, sprinkle with the remaining 60 grams of brown sugar and lemon juice and set aside.
Mix the flour, baking powder, baking soda and cinnamon and a pinch of salt.
Cream butter with sugar and vanilla.
